collar was not gold as described. looked more like lime green. did not receive a free ID tag.

I look to Amazon to be a leader in many ways. There are cheaper venues, but I like some of the features, values and customer service you get with Amazon. BUT foremost, I use the customer reviews the most. When somebody posts multiple reviews (all the same) it throws off the ratings and it seems like there’s alot of people who like this product, but in reality there’s not.
This collar is very stiff and uses a traditional loop/peg system. It also has a tendency to crack if you bend it a lot or maybe its from getting wet repeatedly? The reflective material does what it says and you’ll be impressed by that, but for me and the day-to-day and more important night-to-night wear causes me to give this a 2 stars. It would have gotten more if there was more to give it. Posting 10 video reviews from a news cast doesn’t sell me that THIS is a good product, but that this reflective material is REALLY reflective.
I hope other REAL users post real reviews for you other shoppers.

I was very excited to use this dog collar when I ordered it, based on all the positive feedback I read. But less than 2 weeks after receiving and using the collar, it has cracked in several places and is virtually useless.

holes are a bit too far apart-one is too loose another too tight for tiny dog.

It is exactly as described. However, I have a small dog and the collar is very hard on his little neck.
